Due to continuous growth and investment, we are seeking to recruit a number of new Trainee Technical Operators to join us.
You will have the opportunity to join an exciting and innovative workplace, working with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.
About The Role Salary Ranged from £36,432.40 to £37,419.55 Shifts we work: various shift patterns, including 12-hour shifts on a rotating day and night schedule.
2 Set Pattern: Runs 4 x 12-hour shifts back-to-back either Mon Thurs or Tues Fri.
4 Set (Continental) Pattern :12-hour shifts rotating between 4 days and 3 days each week.
Every other weekend.
Hourly rate: £13.43 Required Criteria Minimum of 2 years in a technical/mechanical role Good manual dexterity skills Proactive in solving technical/process issues Clear understanding of performance targets Familiarity with day-to-day activities (housekeeping, H&S, recycling, energy efficiency) Desired Criteria Technical qualification in mechanical or production engineering Familiarity with plastics processing and extrusion experience Experience in TPM, preferably in a continuous processing environment Shift work experience (including nights and weekends) Skills Needed General Housekeeping Skills, Production Operations About The Company At Brett Martin, youll join a workplace where our teams have created a positive working and learning environment.
