About The Role
Programme Overview
The role is office-based at our Mallusk site and provides hands-on experience in internal sales, customer support, and commercial coordination. It is ideal for graduates who want to gain in-depth industry knowledge and play a key role in supporting customers and internal teams.
Stage 1: Core Commercial Training
- Handle inbound customer queries and sales orders
- Build understanding of Brett Martin's product range and manufacturing processes
- Shadow colleagues across logistics, planning, and technical teams
- Join commercial team meetings and product knowledge sessions
- Learn and work within our systems (CRM, ERP, stock management)
Stage 2: Key Account Support
