As a Warehouse Production Operative you will work in an environment that values teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to develop new skills and contribute to a high‑performing warehouse operation.

About The Role

Core Duties

  • Inspect and package finished products to the required quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Handle non‑conforming products in accordance with established procedures.
  • Learn new processes and support ongoing training activities.
  • Carry out picking duties accurately and efficiently.
  • Put products away in designated storage locations.
  • Assist with loading vehicles in line with safety and operational requirements.

Forklift Operation

  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently as required.
  • Move raw materials, finished goods, and waste to designated areas.
  • Carry out daily forklift safety checks and follow site traffic rules.
  • Support production flow by ensuring materials are delivered to the line on time.

Health & Safety

  • Work safely and follow all Health & Safety regulations.
  • Report hazards promptly.
  • Dispose of waste correctly and prevent environmental issues.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards.

Communication & Conduct

  • Maintain clear communication with the Team Leader.
  • Treat colleagues fairly and respectfully.
  • Follow the Equal Opportunities Policy.
  • Carry out any reasonable additional duties.
