Location: Brett Martin Ltd, 24 Roughfort Road

Shift Patterns:

  • 12‑hour shifts on a rotating day and night schedule.
  • 2‑Set Pattern: 4 x 12‑hour shifts back‑to‑back – Mon‑Thu or Tue‑Fri.
  • 4‑Set (Continental) Pattern: 12‑hour shifts rotating between 4 days and 3 days each week, every other weekend.

Hourly rate: £13.43 (equivalent to £36,432.40‑£37,419.55 per year).

Required Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years in a technical or mechanical role.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Proactive problem‑solving for technical/process issues.
  • Clear understanding of performance targets.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping, health.
