We’re looking for a Product Engineer to join our Technical Department and take ownership of product development from concept to certification. What You’ll Do

  • Lead product design, development, and testing through to third‑party certification.
  • Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes for safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Keep product specifications and compliance documentation up to date.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and recommend innovative improvements.
  • Support new product launches across Plumbing & Drainage, and Ariel businesses.
  • Ensure compliance with CE, BSI, BBA and other industry standards.
  • Deliver training and technical support across teams.

Required Criteria

  • Have a good working knowledge of Windows‑based software e.g. Microsoft Office.
  • Have a 3rd‑level qualification in a relevant technical subject AND 1 year experience in a relevant technical area OR 3 years experience in a relevant technical area.

Desired Criteria

  • High level of proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD packages (Autodesk or similar).
  • Proficiency with SharePoint or similar software.
  • Knowledge/experience of plastics materials and their manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in construction/drainage industry.
