We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our Direct to Site Support team at our Barrow office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication and coordination across all parties involved in organisational and system-related activities. You will play a key part in maintaining operational efficiency and meeting service targets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative services to assist the smooth and efficient operation of all functions within the Direct to Site Sales Department.
  • Process all customer orders, ensuring they are completed within KPI timescales.
  • Verify that orders are sent out from the correct site, meet load build requirements, and are loaded onto the system within KPI timescales.
  • Communicate and liaise with all parties concerned on all organisational and system-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Planning and organising skills: manage time and workload, schedule, manage overload and stress, set objectives, identify required resources, communicate clearly, delegate appropriately, and contingency plan.
  • Effective internal and external communication.
  • Ensure that requests within agreed upon timescales are met.
  • Accurate data entry within KPI timescales.
