Join our dynamic team as a Customer Relations Co-ordinator at our Barrow office We\'re looking for a motivated individual to manage and coordinate customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions while driving continuous improvement. In this key role, you\'ll be the main point of contact for customers, investigating issues thoroughly, liaising with stakeholders, and making recommendations to enhance service delivery. About Your Role

  • Act as the principal point of contact for customers, coordinating the company\'s responses to complaints and ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Manage the administration of the customer complaints process, liaising with end users, installers, stockists, and colleagues to achieve efficient outcomes.
  • Investigate each complaint thoroughly, ensuring the full history is captured to support fair and effective recommendations for resolution.
  • Identify and analyse complaint trends, highlighting opportunities for improvement within the business.
  • Provide clear decisions and recommendations to managers on the most cost-effective and efficient means of resolution.
