About The Role
To provide proactive, confidential and professional administrative and personal assistant support to the Board Director and senior management team.
This role is central to the smooth running of the business, acting as a key point of contact for employees, customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
The postholder will manage administrative functions, coordinate business activities, support communication and engagement initiatives, and help develop a positive, high-performing culture across the organisation.
This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion, initiative and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Main Responsibilities
- Executive and Personal Assistant Support
- Proactively manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings and associated itineraries.
- Prepare meeting packs, board reports, presentations and supporting documentation.
- Attend meetings where required and produce accurate minutes and action logs.
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries on behalf of senior leaders.
- Act as a trusted point of contact between senior management and internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all confidential information is handled with absolute discretion.
- Administration and Office Management
- Support the day-to-day administration and organisation of the business.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
- Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations to a professional standard.
- Coordinate visitor arrangements and provide a professional first impression to all visitors.
- Ensure meeting rooms, hospitality requirements and office facilities are organised effectively.
