About The Role
We are seeking an Apprentice Office Administrator, who will play a crucial role in supporting the business management team.
You will be responsible for overseeing various personnel and office management tasks.
This position requires a high level of flexibility, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of the management team.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including organizing and coordinating meetings, appointments.
- Oversee office supplies and inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, such as IT support, facility management, and catering services.
- Support the preparation and distribution of internal communications, company announcements, and newsletters.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and coordination.
- Manage and maintain the office environment, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a professional atmosphere.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Logging and filing of documentation.
- SHE β Own Responsibility and Care to Colleagues (Slips, Trips, Hazards and Manuel Handling)
- Assisting in preparing and Editing of SHE Documentation for Supervisors
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English.

- Proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
