About The Role

  • Concrete Mixer Drivers – Subcontracted
  • Tunbridge Wells, Kent

We are looking for reliable and hardworking experienced Concrete Mixer Drivers to join our busy and growing team.

This is a subcontractor driver role offering regular work, day rate is paid along with overtime where required.

About Your Role

  • Delivering mix safely and efficiently to customer sites.
  • Operating a concrete mixer truck in line with company and safety procedures.
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance, maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment on a daily basis.
  • Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
  • Providing excellent customer service on-site.
  • Working closely with the plant and transport team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • We’re Looking For
  • Experience of operating a ready mix concrete truck is essential along with a Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • An excellent understanding of health & safety and road regulations.
  • Are reliable, punctual, with a professional attitude.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Working hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility is required). Overtime available and paid, Saturday work available.
