We’re looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships across the South Coast. In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivering a strong local commercial plan, securing orders that support business objectives and ensuring Brett Aggregates are the supplier of choice within the region. Reporting to the Commercial Manager – South, you’ll work closely with internal sales, transport and operational teams to deliver results.

Lead the creation and execution of a local commercial strategy.

  • Secure orders that align with company objectives and support long‑term growth.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key customers.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
  • Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored, commercially sound solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal sales, distribution, and operational teams.
