About The Role

Brett Landscaping and Building Products Limited is looking for a results-driven Civil Sales Manager – Midlands to grow sales and margin across the region. You’ll target key accounts, manage project pipelines, and build strong client relationships, driving profitable opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to deliver targets and support the success of our Commercial Sales Team.

About Your Role

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Brett Landscaping products, services, installation, and design.
  • Create targeted area business plans to achieve sales, revenue, and margin goals.
  • Identify target accounts, projects, geographies, and sectors.
  • Apply key levers to positively impact margin, including pricing and product mix.
  • Proactively contact prospective and existing customers to research projects.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure profitable sales.
  • Manage project pipelines for contractors and housebuilders.
  • Track all project opportunities and keep customer records up to date.
  • Liaise with internal departments to prioritise opportunities and confirm pricing.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Provide market insight, competitor intelligence, and sales activity reports.
  • Develop account plans to target key customers within the territory.
  • Undertake additional duties as required by the Commercial Sales Team.

  • Established relationships with main contractors, sub-contractors, civils contractors, national and independent merchants, term contractors, developers, BAI installers, smaller installers, and smaller developers.
