We seek a self‑motivated, reliable individual who is capable of working on their own initiative. Your role will be to provide training, holiday/sickness cover for the Plant Supervisors working at our Brett Concrete plants across the South East. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, health, environmental and sustainability standards are maintained to Brett requirements. The role involves producing concrete in line with customer expectations, whilst optimising transport utilisation. Use of a computer operated concrete batching plant. Liaison with customers face to face and via the telephone, so to upkeep and maintain relationships. To help support Brett Concrete in any continuous improvement projects.
We’re Looking For
- Experience in the ready‑mix concrete industry is essential.
- Driving a loading shovel is desirable although full training can be given in the form of in‑house training and external qualifications.
- Flexible and able to travel within Brett Concrete locations, a full driving licence is essential.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills are essential.
47.5 hours per week Monday to Saturday. Full UK driving licence.
