We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Concrete Mixer Driver to join our busy and growing team.
This is a contract driver role offering regular work, day rate is paid along with overtime where required.
- As a contracted Concrete Mixer Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering mix safely and efficiently to customer sites.
- Operating a concrete mixer truck in line with company and safety procedures.
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance, maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment on a daily basis.
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
- Providing excellent customer service on-site.
- Working closely with the plant and transport team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- An excellent understanding of health & safety and road regulations.
- Are reliable, punctual, with a professional attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Working hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility is required).
This is a self employed role with overtime available and paid, Saturday work available.
