Bretsa Early Years & Education Recruitment Agency are currently looking for a Candidate Resourcer to join our Early Years and Education Recruitment team, based in our Petts Wood office. We are looking for a proactive and organised Resourcer to join our dedicated team and help us continue providing outstanding recruitment services. This position will suit someone who has excellent interpersonal skills and is passionate and dedicated to a career in the recruitment sector.

THE ROLE

  • Vetting and screening candidates
  • Processing and monitoring DBS checks
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts; using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating candidate packs and profiles
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants
  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the position
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new candidates
  • Using social media and job boards to promote and attract candidates

Office based role - Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
