The Youth Pastor will be the program leader for The Meeting House – Carlisle. This will require a firm grasp of the vision and values of TMH. The Youth Pastor will build teams, develop leaders, and work collaboratively with other Meeting House staff. This is a 20-27 hr/week position.
Responsibilities
- Identify, schedule, recruit, train, and develop volunteers & leaders
- Lead teams to creatively plan activities for TMH Youth at the Carlisle location & in the neighborhood
- Develop physical environments for effective ministry
- Provide leadership at youth gatherings
- Collaborate with other TMH Youth Staff within the Family Life Team to develop ministry structures, utilise shared curriculum resources, and communicate feedback based on implementation
- Regular meetings, communication, and feedback with your supervisor and the Family Life Team
- The potential for other responsibilities as assigned by the Associate Pastor based on the gifts, capacity, and passions of the TMH Youth Pastor at TMH Carlisle and the needs of The Meeting House

Requirements
- 3+ years pastoral experience and/or other vocational church ministry, including preaching/teaching and oversight of volunteers and team development
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
