About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join ourteam.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, youwill play a key role in delivering a professional, welcoming and efficientservice across the firm.
This is a varied and hands-on position that combinesreception duties, client service, administrative support and facilitiescoordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Providinga warm and professional welcome to clients, visitors and suppliers.
- Managingreception areas and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and presented to ahigh standard.
- Handlingincoming and outgoing post, including scanning and distributingcorrespondence.
- Monitoringand responding to enquiries received through the firm's general enquiriesinbox.
- Coordinatingand responding to maintenance and facilities requests.
- Supportingthe smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Carryingout general administrative tasks and providing support to colleaguesacross the firm.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will
- Haveprevious experience in a customer service, reception, front-of-house or administrative role.
- Beprofessional, personable and confident when interacting with clients andcolleagues.
- Haveexcellent communication and organisational skills.
- Beable to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
- Possessstrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Beproactive, reliable and keen to provide an exceptional service.
The successful candidate will be required to travelbetween our Rugby and Bicester office so reliable transport is essential.
