About the Role
This role provides administrative support and assistance to the Property Management team. The overall objective is to ensure that delegated duties are completed and returned to the appropriate team member within a timely manner. Efficiency and accuracy are key elements of this role.
Core tasks include liaising with debtors, clients, lawyers and more. The candidate will work alongside a team of lawyers and will take instructions from them, supporting a variety of legal cases. There is opportunity to progress for the right candidate. The role suits a Law Graduate or experienced Administrator who is not afraid to get stuck in. This is a fast‑paced role suited for a real team player.
We want someone with strong administration skills and an interest in Property Law. The candidate must be self‑aware, a confident communicator and able to deal with customers and the general public by telephone or email in a clear, concise, professional manner, while representing Brethertons’ brand.
