This role provides essential support to the Conveyancing team, ensuring that delegated tasks are completed accurately and returned to the appropriate team member in a timely manner. Efficiency and attention to detail are key to success in this position. Core responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and lenders
- Managing exchanges and completions
- Drafting contract packs
- Supporting a wide range of conveyancing matters
Working alongside a busy Partner, you will take instructions directly from them, delegate some tasks to Legal Assistants, and provide support across a varied and high-volume caseload.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, hardworking, and a strong team player. For this role, it is essential that you have proven Conveyancing experience and a strong understanding of the transaction process from start to finish, including handling files through to exchange and completion. To succeed in this position, you must be adaptable, able to manage multiple demands and changing priorities, and committed to delivering excellent service. You will work as part of a collaborative and supportive team to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
