About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join ourspecialist Property Litigation team.
This role offers the chance to work on avaried caseload with a particular focus on Residential Leasehold disputes.
We are looking for a Solicitor with a Litigation backgroundwho has experience in or is looking to develop their expertise inproperty-related disputes.
The successful candidate will
- Managea varied caseload of Residential Leasehold Litigation matters.
- Adviseclients on disputes relating to the Building Safety Act and wider buildingsafety legislation.
- Representclients in proceedings before the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), Upper Tribunal and County Court.
- Utiliseand apply procedural knowledge relating to tribunal and court processes.
- Workclosely with colleagues across the firm to deliver practical andcommercially focused advice.
- Contributeto business development initiatives and help strengthen clientrelationships.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Experiencewithin litigation, whether in Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, or another Civil Litigation discipline.
- Astrong understanding of court and tribunal procedures.
- Aninterest or experience in Residential Leasehold Litigation andproperty-related disputes.
- Excellentcommunication and client care skills.
- Theability to supervise, mentor, and support Paralegals, Trainees and Legal Assistants.
- Aproactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
