About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join ourspecialist Property Litigation team.

This role offers the chance to work on avaried caseload with a particular focus on Residential Leasehold disputes.

We are looking for a Solicitor with a Litigation backgroundwho has experience in or is looking to develop their expertise inproperty-related disputes.

The successful candidate will

  • Managea varied caseload of Residential Leasehold Litigation matters.
  • Adviseclients on disputes relating to the Building Safety Act and wider buildingsafety legislation.
  • Representclients in proceedings before the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), Upper Tribunal and County Court.
  • Utiliseand apply procedural knowledge relating to tribunal and court processes.
  • Workclosely with colleagues across the firm to deliver practical andcommercially focused advice.
  • Contributeto business development initiatives and help strengthen clientrelationships.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Experiencewithin litigation, whether in Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, or another Civil Litigation discipline.
  • Astrong understanding of court and tribunal procedures.
  • Aninterest or experience in Residential Leasehold Litigation andproperty-related disputes.
  • Excellentcommunication and client care skills.
  • Theability to supervise, mentor, and support Paralegals, Trainees and Legal Assistants.
  • Aproactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
