About theRole

We arelooking for a proactive and compassionate Solicitor or Legal Executive to joinour busy Family Law team. As an experienced Qualified Solicitor, you willdeliver high‑quality legal advice grounded in relevant policy and legislationin your particular specialism.

This is anexcellent opportunity to play a key role in the team, managing a caseloadfocusing primarily on children matters, whilst providing exceptional service toclients. You will be expected to provide detailed and accurate legal advice,whilst delegating appropriate tasks to Legal Assistants and Paralegals in theteam to ensure that this can be carried out effectively and timely.

About you

To succeedin this role, you’ll have a developed understanding of your specific specialismof family law with the ability to manage a more complex caseload effectively,taking full ownership of this with minimal supervision. You’ll have theconfidence and capability to organise your own workload to ensure that youconsistently deliver exceptional legal advice. You’ll need to be a qualifiedlawyer with either an SRA qualification or a Fellow of CILEx and haveexperience specifically in dealing with financial matters on Family breakdown.

You’ll beworking towards fee‑earning targets that contribute directly to the success ofthe team, so the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at alllevels is essential.

You will bea highly organised and proactive individual with excellent attention to detailand a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service. You understandthe importance of professionalism and empathy when supporting clients who maybe going through challenging personal circumstances. The ideal candidate willhave previous administrative experience, preferably within a legal environment,and be confident managing a busy workload in a fast-paced setting. Strongcommunication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectivelyboth independently and as part of a team are essential.
