About the Role
This role provides administrative support and assistance to the Property Management team. The overall objective of the role is to ensure that delegated duties are completed and returned to the appropriate team member in a timely manner. Efficiency and accuracy are key elements of this role. Core tasks relating to the role include liaising with debtors, clients, lawyers and much more. You will work alongside a team of lawyers and will be taking on instructions from them, supporting on a variety of legal cases. There is opportunity to progress for the right candidate.
About you
The role will suit a Law Graduate or experienced Administrator who is not afraid to get stuck in. This is a fast paced role and suited for someone who is a real team player. We want someone who has strong administration skills with an interest in Property Law. You must be self-aware and a confident communicator. You must be able to deal with both customers and general members of the public by telephone or email in a clear and concise manner, whilst remaining professional and representing the Brethertons brand.
