This is an entry level role for those looking to develop a career in Law. This role provides a high level of administrative support and assistance to Solicitors within our specialist Legal teams. This role is an exciting opportunity to start or grow your career in the Legal sector. It allows you to develop and make a positive contribution to an expanding team and understand one of the faster paced areas of a legal practice.
The role has a range of different tasks including:
- File opening
- File closing
- EV checks
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing court bundles
- Filing documents
- Diary management
We are looking for someone who is keen to work in a close team environment, where client service is of paramount importance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, hardworking and a real team player. You must not be afraid to ask questions to learn more about your role to succeed. The role will suit someone who can demonstrate strong administration skills and who can work well under general direction. You will need to follow established priorities, processes and procedures to ensure compliance. It is important that you are confident dealing with customers and general members of the public by telephone or email in a clear and concise manner, whilst remaining professional at all times.
