We have created a streamlined organisation, we aim to foster an environment of choice with clear career development paths, a focus on learning and development and a highly supportive structure.

About the Role

Ready to take your career to the next level? This is an incredible opportunity for a Solicitor to join an award winning firm that truly values its people. We celebrate hard work, reward success, and offer clear progression routes to help you achieve your goals.

Picture yourself working with award winning solicitor Roger Hardwick (Partner), an expert in this field, along with other leading legal minds, on high-value, complex cases. Roger’s caseload spans the length and breadth of residential leasehold focusing on all aspects from Building Safety Act issues and complex litigation through to dealing with contested Right to Manage and collective enfranchisement cases. Roger has had cases heard throughout the courts and tribunal system from the First-tier Tribunal all the way to the Supreme Court. Who wouldn’t want to work with a mentor and specialist of Roger’s calibre.

This role allows you to develop and make a positive contribution to an expanding and busy team. You will be working on litigated property cases, with a focus on leasehold matters with support from Trainee Solicitors, Paralegals and Legal Assistants.

About You

We are looking for someone who is client-focused and detail oriented. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure in a team environment while managing client expectations. A solid understanding of Property Law is essential, and while experience in leasehold law including lease mechanics and knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law is desirable, it is not essential. You will also need to follow established priorities, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with SRA and other governing body requirements.

What’s in return

At Brethertons, we value our people because without them we are nothing and we work hard to recognise and reward our teams. Please see below some of our benefits – 28 days holiday plus
