This role provides administrative support and assistance to the Property Management team. The overall objective is to ensure that delegated duties are completed and returned to the appropriate team member within a timely manner, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Assist with liaising with debtors, clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders. Support a variety of legal cases by managing instructions and administrative tasks. Take on responsibilities and tasks delegated by the team of lawyers. Contribute to timely completion of delegated duties.
About you:
- Law Graduate or experienced Administrator.
- Strong administration skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive team player with a willingness to get involved.
- Interest in Property Law.
- Excellent communication skills, able to deal with customers and the public by telephone or email in a clear, concise and professional manner, representing the Brethertons brand.
