About the role
This is an entry‑level role for those looking to develop a career in law. It provides high‑level administrative support and assistance to solicitors within our specialist legal teams. You will perform a range of tasks including:
- File opening, file closing and EV checks
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing court bundles and filing documents
- Diary management
About you
You are proactive, highly organised, hardworking and a team‑player. You are confident dealing with customers and the public by telephone or email in a clear and concise manner, remaining professional at all times. You can demonstrate strong administrative skills, work under general direction, follow established priorities and procedures, and are willing to ask questions to learn more.
