About the Role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for anAssociate to work independently across any of our 4 office locations; Banbury,Bicester, Cheltenham or Rugby. This role will allow you to work collaboratively with othersat all levels in the firm, deliver complex legal work and manage a largeportfolio of work spanning all elements of Family law, whilst placing theclient at the centre of everything you do. You will also have the rewardingexperience of acting as a role model, providing support, guidance, coaching anddevelopment for fellow team members.
About you
We are looking for someone who is client-focused and detailorientated, demonstrating strong organisational skills, the ability to prosperunder pressure in a team environment with the ability to work fullyindependently too, while closely managing client expectations. As a qualifiedLawyer, to succeed in this role, a deep understanding of the full spectrum ofFamily Law is critical, in particular experience in dealing with financialmatters on family breakdown including dealing with pensions, Family Companiesand high value assets. You will also need to follow established priorities,processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with SRA and other governingbody requirements.
You’ll have a confident ability to manage high value andcomplex work, delivering on this with true passion, ensuring that youconsistently meet financial targets for the success of yourself, your team andthe firm.
