Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare, a 120‑bed behavioral health facility located in Flowood, MS, seeks a dynamic and talented PSYCH RN SHIFT SUPERVISOR for a part‑time weekend position. The Shift Supervisor coordinates, evaluates, and provides direct and indirect care to patients during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include developing and directing patient programs and schedules to ensure full compliance with treatment plans, supervising patient teaching, ensuring accurate documentation, and assisting the Chief Nursing Officer and Clinical Managers with policy planning, implementation, and evaluation of staff. The role supports the facility’s philosophy, objectives, educational efforts, and quality‑management initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school and hold a current Mississippi registered professional nursing license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing with one year experience in a psychiatric setting.
- Current Mississippi registered professional nursing license.
