Role Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the SENDCo and Exams Access Coordinator, including supporting SEND audits and maintaining the LS register.
  • Prepare evidence for exam access arrangements and assist with literacy screening for Years 9 and 12.
  • Liaise with staff on student progress and assist with exam arrangements, learning plan reviews and correspondence.
  • Organise primary school visits for prospective pupils.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a school.
  • Strong organisational, communication and IT skills, and excellent written English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; able to handle confidential information sensitively.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, professionalism and a clear commitment to safeguarding and continuous development.
