About Us
Brentwood Eels RLFC is an ambitious community rugby league club committed to developing players and creating opportunities for people to enjoy the game at all levels.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Coach to support our Men's Head Coach and contribute to the continued development of our senior playing group.

The Role

The Assistant Coach will work alongside the Head Coach to deliver quality training sessions, support player development and help create a positive, competitive environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their coaching skills, gain experience, or contribute to the growth of a community rugby league club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and delivery of training sessions.
  • Assist with matchday coaching.
  • Provide feedback and support to players.
  • Help develop skills, confidence and understanding of the game.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Work collaboratively with the coaching team.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for rugby league and player development.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Coaching qualification desirable but not essential.
  • Experience playing or coaching rugby league is beneficial.
