About Us
Brentwood Eels RLFC is a growing community rugby league club with a strong pathway and proud history of developing homegrown players. We are looking for an organised and reliable Men's Team Manager to support our senior men's programme and help ensure the team operates effectively both on and off the field.
The Role
The Team Manager will play a key role in supporting the Head Coach, players and wider club by helping coordinate the day-to-day running of the men's team. This is a vital position within the team, ensuring players, coaches and volunteers are supported so everyone can focus on performing and enjoying their rugby.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Coach and coaching team.
- Manage player communications and availability.
- Assist with matchday organisation and administration.
- Maintain team records and ensure key information is up to date.
- Help coordinate equipment, logistics and team requirements.
- Support player welfare and create a positive team environment.
