Brentwood Borough Council and Rochford District Council have an exciting opportunity for the recruitment of a Project Manager (LGR Transition). We are seeking a highly skilled and self‑motivated professional to work across both councils, supporting our response to Local Government Reorganisation (LGR).

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and contribute to the delivery of the LGR Programme.
  • Act as project manager for LGR projects.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the council, facilitating coordination of LGR activities and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain awareness of national policy and best practice relating to LGR.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, research and engagement.
