Brentwood Borough Council is seeking a Senior Building Control Surveyor to join our Building Control Team in a rural borough.
You will ensure new buildings, alterations, installations and extensions meet safety, sustainability, accessibility and design standards.
You will be registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2d (minimum) Building Inspector, hold a relevant degree and full membership of CABE or RICS, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Building Control.
