The Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple residential development projects across the South of England. The role will involve overseeing schemes from pre-construction through to handover, managing contractors, ensuring compliance, and maintaining momentum on-site across a number of live developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple active development sites.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Lead and coordinate contractors and site teams, enforcing health & safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and internal teams during all project phases.
  • Report progress, budgets, timelines, and risks to company directors and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits, chair site meetings, and manage contractor communication.
  • Assist with contractor procurement and tender processes.
  • Identify opportunities for cost-efficiency and improvements to delivery programmes.
  • Ensure developments adhere to planning conditions, building regulations, and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience managing residential development projects, including HMOs, commercial-to-residential conversions, and ground-up apartment builds.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
  • In-depth understanding of construction methods, planning processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Based within reasonable commuting distance of Brockenhurst, with regular travel to sites (mostly within an hour of the office).
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
