Brentford FC Women’s First Team is seeking a Performance Lead to design, deliver and lead an integrated, player‑centred performance programme. You will work across football, medical, performance and operations to maximise player development and create a high‑performance environment.
You will lead performance systems, GPS and data workflows, mentor staff and implement education on performance, nutrition and wellbeing.
