The role of the Ticketing Operations Executive is to support the Ticket Operations Lead with the running of the ticketing system and efficient access control delivery on match and events days, alongside the delivery of ticket sales for these matchdays and events. The successful delivery of these responsibilities plays a significant role in ensuring outstanding fan engagement on matchdays and when fans engage with Brentford to purchase tickets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the Ticketing Operations Lead, assist in ensuring that the Ticketmaster Sport XR ticketing system is effectively managed to deliver the requirements of the business.
  • Setup and management of events to include but not limited to all games/events at the G-Tech Stadium, Wheatsheaf Park & Honeycroft Stadium.
  • Configuring all events and games on the system (Ticketmaster Sport XR) in accordance with business requirements.
  • Configuring Access Control systems (TM1 Entry / HID) for any event.
  • Set up external events at the G-Tech stadium.
  • Ensure matchday ticketing operations run smoothly for both internal colleagues and fans.
  • Follow procedures and standards required for pre-match ticketing checks.
  • Assist Venue Optimisation and Premium teams resolve technical ticketing issues, both matchdays and non-matchdays.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that campaigns, promotions and branding are correct on the ticketing website.
  • Reporting sales figures internally to the business or to external hire stakeholders as required.
  • Support with ticket reconciliation with other clubs.
  • Ensure efficient day to day running of all ticketing services.
  • Processing internal data in a methodical and organised way.
  • Work as part of a team assisting in other areas of the office to meet business demands.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
