The Ticket Integrity Executive will be responsible for safeguarding the accuracy, security and compliance of all ticketing operations. The role ensures that ticket sales, allocations and distributions are conducted in line with organisational policies including the Every Seat Counts policy, contractual obligations and industry regulations. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical ability and effective collaboration with internal departments and external partners. The role will be a blend of face-to-face, telephone and email engagement with our wide fan base with the emphasis on delivering industry-leading customer service. This role is flexible and can be done hybrid occasionally.

Main Accountabilities

  • Monitor ticket sales and memberships to ensure compliance with clubs Ts & Cs.
  • Identify, investigate and resolve anomalies in ticketing data, transactions or inventory.
  • Enforce ticketing policies including restrictions, holds and release schedules.
  • Detect and mitigate fraudulent activities, unauthorised resale and irregular booking patterns.
  • Liaise with ticketing providers around fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Prepare regular reports on ticket integrity issues and compliance audits.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on sales patterns and operational improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between box office marketing and operations teams.
  • Support customer service teams in resolving ticket-related disputes or escalations.
  • Maintain and update club CRM systems.
  • Weekly updates and reporting to Venue Optimisation Manager.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.

  • To ensure compliance with all relevant club policies including safeguarding, health and safety policies and with specific reference to the data regulations (GDPR and PECR).
  • To ensure compliance with the club's Code of Conduct.
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements.
  • To build and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally, maintaining a professional image at all times when representing Brentford FC.
  • To keep confidential any information gained regarding the club and its personnel.
  • To maintain a flexible approach to work at all times.
  • To ensure compliance with all matchday safeguarding processes.
  • To ensure compliance with the club's safeguarding policy and processes.
  • To promote and support positive mental health and wellbeing throughout the club both on and off the field.
  • To promote equity, diversity and inclusion at the club in line with our EDI strategy.
