Job Overview:

  • Supporting the kitchen team in basic food preparation.
  • Supporting the kitchen team in their cleaning routine to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing receipt of deliveries and efficient storage, compliant with food hygiene regulations.
  • Preparation for breakfast service.
  • Managing the breakfast service operation.
  • Supporting Front of House and managing the food counters during lunch service.
  • Supporting Front of House service operations by replenishing service stations.
  • Ensuring that any concerns you observe, or are raised with you in your role, are shared with the Safeguarding Team through appropriate channels.

Knowledge:

  • Experience of food handling and usage of kitchen equipment.
  • Previous exposure and responsibility to Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards.
