Job Overview:
- Supporting the kitchen team in basic food preparation.
- Supporting the kitchen team in their cleaning routine to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing receipt of deliveries and efficient storage, compliant with food hygiene regulations.
- Preparation for breakfast service.
- Managing the breakfast service operation.
- Supporting Front of House and managing the food counters during lunch service.
- Supporting Front of House service operations by replenishing service stations.
- Ensuring that any concerns you observe, or are raised with you in your role, are shared with the Safeguarding Team through appropriate channels.
