Role Overview
The successful candidate will assist and support the day‑to‑day functioning of the first team analysis department, working with club analysts and contributing to data‑driven analysis.
Main Accountabilities
- Managing, creating and developing Tableau dashboards
- Producing Brentford and opposition reports
- Conducting opposition analysis
- Conducting individual and training analysis
- Performing any other first team related tasks as required
- Supporting Academy staff where necessary
- Ad‑hoc tasks requested by the line manager

- Escalate concerns to the safeguarding team appropriately
- Ensure compliance with club policies, health and safety and data regulations
- Maintain legal, ethical, social and safeguarding standards
- Promote equity, diversity and inclusion in line with EDI strategy
- Build and maintain good working relationships internally and externally, representing the club professionally
- Keep confidential information about the club and personnel
- Maintain a flexible approach to work at all times

Person Specification – Essential Characteristics
- High proficiency using Tableau and Excel
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

- Effective at preparing, planning and implementing workloads

- Experience in elite level performance analysis/football
- Strong understanding of football
- Experience using analysis software (Angles, WyScout, Second Spectrum, Opta or similar)
