Brentford FC is seeking an experienced Physical Performance leader to join our Women’s Football department on a part-time fixed-term basis (approximately 16 hours per week). You will drive an integrated, player‑centred performance programme across training and match environments, coordinating with football, medical, and operational teams to align with the Head Coach’s vision. You will shape development, planning and delivery across sessions, maximise player availability, and foster a strong team environment.
