Brentford FC is seeking a Fan & Audience Insights Lead to advance understanding of fans, inform campaigns and drive growth. You will manage research across the fan life cycle, identify opportunities and size audiences, and act as the go-to advisor for the Marketing Department.
You will oversee fan surveys, sentiment monitoring and data dashboards, collaborating with the Insights team and cross-functional partners. A senior focus will be on informing ticketing, memberships and partnerships.
