Brentford FC is seeking an Academy Player Support role to provide best-in-class welfare support and social development for players in the Professional Development Phase at our Training Ground – Jersey Road.

You will be a key contact for players and families, ensuring care, safeguarding and coordinated support across Academy and Club staff.

Evening/weekend duties and travel with PDP teams are included to align with the U18/B Team schedule.
