Brentford FC is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Academy Coach (U13) based at the Training Ground in west London. The role supports the Academy coaching framework, delivering the youth development curriculum, game model and IDP processes to improve player performance.
You will work within the early YDP, collaborate with the Head of Academy Football Development, and help ensure safeguarding and EPPP standards are met while supporting families and providing age-appropriate feedback.
