Job Overview
Brentford FC has an exciting opportunity for a Premium Sales Executive. This role is responsible for generating new business by selling the full Premium Hospitality portfolio across both matchday and non-matchday events. It also focuses on driving additional revenue through proactive cross-selling and upselling to existing Premium Seat Holders.
Responsibilities
- Promoting hospitality products to business and consumers.
- Cross selling across the Premium portfolio.
- Meeting both sell through match by match & seasonal specific sales targets.
- Maintaining required sales pace.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to maintain up-to-date sales materials and website content, including weekly meetings to align on new and ongoing campaigns.
- Managing campaign activity with the Marketing team.
- Maximising revenue by utilising the BFC database and managing the sales process via Salesforce.
- Making sure individual and team KPI’s are hit.
- Logging all sales activity within the Salesforce/Ticketmaster system and managing this to the agreed standard.
- Being aware of market intelligence and competitor activity.
- Effectively research LinkedIn for sales leads-particularly through Sales Navigator.
