Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is seeking a Casual U16 Girls Academy β Lead Coach to lead planning, delivery and review of the U16 Girls Academy programme in line with the clubβs playing philosophy.
You will manage training sessions, matchdays, player reviews and talent identification across the female pathway.
The role requires UEFA B Licence (or higher), safeguarding qualifications and minimum three years in a talent development environment.
