Main Purpose of Job

Brentford FC Community Sports Trust seeks a fun, enthusiastic and dedicated Mini Bees Coach to deliver high-quality football-themed sessions to pre-school children (ages 2–6) as part of the Mini Bees programme.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and review fun, age-appropriate football-themed sessions for pre-school children
  • Create a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment where children can develop fundamental movement skills, teamwork and confidence
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers, providing clear communication and feedback

Selection Criteria

Essential:
Minimum Introduction to Coaching Football qualification
Previous experience in coaching pre-school age children
FA Safeguarding certificate
FA Emergency Aid certificate
Current DBS

Desirable:
UEFA C Coaching qualification
FA Youth Modules
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office) / IT skills
Full UK driving licence and transport via car

Personal Qualities

  • Energetic, creative and able to make football fun and accessible for very young children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities
