Brentford FC Community Sports Trust has established itself as a pioneering organisation for the local community, using the power of sport to educate, motivate and inspire people from all walks of life.
The Role:
We are looking for a passionate, hardworking Team member to serve our customers at our new Clubhouse Café at Gunnersbury Park. The café is part of the new Community Sports hub and will also double as a social and community space linking into community projects for all ages. In this capacity, you will work closely with all members of our new team.
This is a unique role as the usual aspects of a hospitality business will need to be balanced with the social and community programme, making for an enriching role dealing with a range of people and organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving coffee and tea to high standards.
- Serving healthy food and drinks efficiently and professionally.
- Responding to customer orders, questions, and concerns in a warm and helpful manner.
- Accurately handling payments.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene at all times.
- Being knowledgeable about our Clubhouse menu.
- Working collaboratively with other team members.
- Helping to create outstanding guest experiences.
- Carrying out your role with passion and pride.
Food Safety/Regulations:
- Adherence to HACCP and all other food safety regulations and COSHH regulations.
- Ensuring safe working with kitchen equipment and that all other health and safety procedures are followed.
- To maintain a clean, healthy and safe working environment in accordance with guidelines.
- Deal with customer feedback in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
People Management and Training:
- Follow established protocols for data protection and privacy.
- Stay informed about safeguarding policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to create a cohesive approach to safeguarding.
