Brent Irish Advisory Service (BIAS) is seeking a Head of Operations to lead a small, high-performing team delivering welfare and housing advice, active ageing, volunteering and befriending initiatives across Willesden and Haringey locations.
The role requires hands-on project delivery, strategic oversight and strong people management.
You will report to the CEO, supervise five project coordinators and frontline staff, and drive service quality, funding compliance and long-term sustainability.
