Key Responsibilities:

  • Support commissioning of community services that meet required contract standards and outcomes.
  • Undertake contract monitoring with designated providers, identify quality concerns, and work with providers to develop, implement and monitor quality improvement plans.
  • Understand supply and demand in the market and help grow and shape services accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of adult social care and a passion for improving service quality and sustainability in Brent.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in commissioning care services, preferably within adult social care.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement, especially with community-based providers.
  • Strong quality assurance skills.
