Brent Council in London seeks a Casework Support Officer to join our Complaints and Casework Team.
You will log, triage and assign casework β primarily complaints and enquiries β to managers and officers across the Council, ensuring clear, accurate responses and strong outcomes for customers.
You will work within the Democratic and Corporate Governance department, maintaining records, monitoring progress and helping identify improvements to strengthen how we manage and respond to casework.
